In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "jl80" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the jl80 platform accessible at jl80.org, including its affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
- "Platform" means the jl80 website at jl80.org, including all games, services, features, content, and interfaces available thereon.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

Access to and use of the jl80 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

Important: jl80 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
To access the full features of the jl80 Platform, including placing real-money wagers and processing withdrawals, Players must complete the following registration and verification requirements:
- Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique email address, full legal name, date of birth, and a chosen username and password. All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
- jl80 completes KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Players must submit at least one valid government-issued Philippine photo ID before their first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/UMID Card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and PRC ID.
- jl80 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any time where considered necessary for AML compliance.
- Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
KYC verification is a one-time process. Once completed, your identity is on file and future withdrawals do not require repeated document submission, unless jl80 requests an update for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl80 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any 2FA codes associated with your Account. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, regardless of their relationship to you.
- You must notify jl80 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. Contact is available via 24/7 live chat at jl80.org.
- jl80 strongly recommends activating SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This is available under Account Settings after login.
- jl80 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to promptly report a suspected compromise.

- All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl80 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
- jl80 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the name on your jl80 KYC-verified Account.
- jl80 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to be associated with fraudulent or unauthorized activity, pending investigation.
- Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in the Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jl80 does not process withdrawals to accounts or payment instruments that differ from the source of deposit, except where separately approved by the compliance team.
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is approved.
- GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the standard inter-bank clearing times applicable in the Philippines.
- jl80 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
- Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money funds remaining after applicable wagering requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change.
jl80 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin awards, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

- Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified.

- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the Account.
- Where a Player withdraws before meeting wagering requirements, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited at jl80's discretion.
- jl80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl80 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the jl80 Platform — including but not limited to the jl80 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, source code, and design elements — is the property of jl80 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any jl80 Platform content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Third-party game content accessible via the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

- jl80's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the claim.
- jl80 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime.
- jl80 is not responsible for third-party internet service disruptions, device malfunctions, or payment network delays that affect your ability to access the Platform or process financial transactions.
jl80 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jl80, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, anti-fraud operations, PAGCOR-required regulatory reporting, and service improvement.
- jl80 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

jl80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following applies to all amendments:
- Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
- The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date any revision takes effect.
- Your continued use of the jl80 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
- Changes required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order may take effect immediately without advance notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the jl80 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jl80's customer support process.
- If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
- Nothing in this clause limits jl80's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where urgently required to protect its legitimate interests.
- These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with PAGCOR regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of the jl80 Platform.
